MODAG-001 can bind to synuclein fibrils in a rat brain. MODAG-001 is a candidate α-syn imaging probe[1][2][3].

MODAG-001 shows strong binding affinity to recombinant human α-syn aggregates, but fail to bind real α-syn aggregates in human brain sections[2].
