MitoBloCK-6 is a potent Erv1/ALR inhibitor, with an IC₅₀ of 900 nM and 700 nM, respectively. MitoBloCK-6 also inhibits Erv2 (IC₅₀=1.4 μM). MitoBloCK-6 can induce Apoptosis via cytochrome c release in hESCs^[1].
