Mal-PEG2-acid is a non-cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Mal-PEG2-acid can be conjugated to Tubulysin and its derivative cytotoxic molecule^[1]. Mal-PEG2-acid is also a PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs.

ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker.
