LIBX-A401 is an inhibitor of long-chain acyl-CoA synthetase 4 (ACSL4; IC50 = 0.38 ?M).1 It is selective for ACSL4 over ACSL3 (IC50 = >50 ?M) and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ; IC50 = >10 ?M).
