ING-2 AM is a cell-permeable ?uorescent sodium indicator.1 It binds to sodium (Kd = 20 mM) and displays excitation/emission maxima of 525 and 545 nm, respectively. ING-2 AM has been used to kinetically monitor sodium levels in isolated human platelets via ?ow cytometry.
