Inebilizumab (FUT8-KO) is Inebilizumab with the fucosyltransferase 8 gene (FUT8) knocked out. Inebilizumab is a monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting CD19, exhibiting enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) against B cells. Inebilizumab can be used for research on multiple sclerosis and neuromyelitis optica.
