IL-2-IN-1 is a potent IL-2 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 1978 nM. IL-2-IN-1 shows antiproliferative activities.
IL-2-IN-1 (compound 2) shows antiproliferative activities with IC50s of 340, 1266 nM for human PBMC and rat PBMC, respectively[1].
