H-L-Lys(4-N3-Z)-OH drochloride is a click chemistry reagent containing an azide group. H-L-Lys(4-N3-Z)-OH drochloride contains a lysine-modified azide moiety and as a bioorthogonal ligation handle. H-L-Lys(4-N3-Z)-OH drochloride is an infrared probe and a photo-affinity reagent. It contains an azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing alkyne groups. It can also undergo ring strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
