h-e5'NT Inhibitor 5C is an inhibitor of ecto-5'-nucleotidase, also known as CD73 (IC50s = 0.37 and 1.66 µM for the human and rat enzymes, respectively).[1] It also inhibits ectonucleotide pyrophosphate/phosphodiesterase family member 1 (ENPP1), ENPP3, and tissue-non-specific alkaline phosphatase (TNAP; IC50s = 1.12, 1.37, and 1.48 µM, respectively, for the human enzymes).
