Glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) (7-15) is a peptide fragment of the endogenous incretin hormone GLP-1.1 GLP-1 (7-15) is formed by cleavage of the peptide bond between Asp15 and Val16 in GLP-1 by neprilysin.
