GHRP-2 metabolite 1 is one of the GHRP-2 metabolites. Growth hormone releasing peptide -2 (GHRP-2), a peptide with six amino acid units (D-Ala-D-beta- + Nal-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2), is a synthetic agonist of ghrelin. GHRP-2 can significantly promote the release of growth hormone, improving the blood growth hormone concentration in animals and humans.
