1,3-Dilauroyl-rac-glycerol is a diacylglycerol that contains lauric acid at the sn-1 and sn-3 positions. It has been found in palm-based diacylglycerol oils produced from palm stearin, palm mid fraction, palm oil, and palm olein.1
