TVB-2640 is an inhibitor of fatty acid synthase (FASN; IC50 = 0.5 ?M).1 It inhibits infection of an infectious-clone-derived severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) reporter virus in HEK293T cells expressing human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2; EC50 = 4 nM).2
