FSG67 is a glycerol 3-phosphate acyltransferase (GPAT) inhibitor with an IC50 of 24 μM[1].

FSG67 reduces GSK3β phosphorylation and signaling after acetaminophen overdose[1].FSG67 results in a dose-dependent increase in oxidative metabolism in mature adipocytes with an IC50 of 27.7 ± 4.4 μM[2].
