Endotoxin inhibitor TFA is a synthetic peptide that binds lipid A with high affinity, thereby detoxifying LPS (D1056) and preventing LPS-induced cytokine release in vivo. Endotoxin inhibitor TFA inhibits the febrile response to LPS with very low toxicity and lethality[1].
