EN219-alkyne is an alkyne-functionalized EN219 probe. EN219 is a moderately selective synthetic covalent ligand against an N-terminal cysteine (C8) of RNF114 with an IC50 of 470 nM. EN219 inhibits RNF114-mediated autoubiquitination and p21 ubiquitination[1][2]. EN219-alkyne is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
