Drozitumab (PRO 95780) is a human agonistic monoclonal antibody which binds the death receptor DR5. Drozitumab has potent antitumor activity against rhabdomyosarcoma.
Drozitumab selectively eliminates cancer stem cells (CSCs), resulting in tumor growth inhibition and even regression of pancreatic tumors[3].Drozitumab induces apoptosis in mesencmal TNBC cell lines but not in cell lines from other breast cancer subtypes[1].
