Depatuxizumab MMAE is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) comprising an anti EGFR monoclonal antibody (Depatuxizumab) and the cytotoxic agent Monometl auristatin E (MMAE). Depatuxizumab inhibits the growth of xenograft models of mutant EGFRvIII and wild-type EGFR.
