DB818 didrochloride is the didrochloride salt form of DB818 . DB818 didrochloride is an inhibitor for Homeobox A9 (HOXA9). DB818 didrochloride reduces the formation of HOXA9-DNA complexes, inhibits the growth and induces apoptosis in AML cell lines OCI/AML3, MV4-11, and THP-1.
