Cyclo(RGDfC) is a cyclic pentapeptide that contains the αVβ3 integrin-binding sequence arginine-glycine-aspartate (RGD).1,2 It has been used in the synthesis of unimolecular micelles and ligand-decorated nanogels for cancer cell-targeted drug delivery.
