Cryptosporiopsin A is a polyketide that has been found in Cryptosporiopsis and has antifungal activity.1 It is active against the plant pathogenic fungus P. viticola when used at concentrations of 10, 25, or 50 µg/ml, as well as the plant pathogenic fungi A. cochliodes, P. ultimum, and R. solani (MICs = 20, 40, and 50 µg/ml, respectively).
