产品描述 Description

CP-EPS8-NLS is a cell-penetrating peptide inhibitor of epidermal growth factor receptor kinase substrate 8 (EPS8) nuclear translocation. It induces apoptosis and cell cycle arrest in the G0/G1 phase in THP-1, HL-60, and U937 leukemia cells when used at a concentration of 70 µM. CP-EPS8-NLS (35 or 70 µM) reduces phosphorylated ERK, STAT3, and Akt levels in THP-1, HL-60, and U937 cells. It reduces tumor volume without affecting body weight in a U937 mouse xenograft model when administered at a dose of 55 mg/kg every other day. CP-EPS8-NLS (50 mg/kg every other day), alone or in combination with daunorubicin , decreases tumor volume in a KG-1 acute myeloid leukemia (AML) mouse xenograft model.
