产品描述 Description

Coomassie Blue Fast Staining Solution是一种即用型考马斯亮蓝蛋白染色液，用于聚丙烯酰胺凝胶染色。使用时用微波炉加热2 min，然后放在摇床上5 min，该染色液具有极高的敏感性，可以对蛋白进行特异性染色，蛋白上样量低至10 ng即可显示条带。Coomassie Blue Fast Staining Solution染色液使用非常方便，一步法即可完成染色操作，大大缩短染色需要的时间，且具有干净的背景，无需固定、洗涤和脱色处理，从而提高了染色的信号/噪音比。此外，该配方安全无毒易于处理，并且由于其无甲醇成分，可防止凝胶收缩。

实验参考方法 Experimental Reference Method

操作流程：

(1) 电泳结束后，将凝胶剥离玻璃板，放入塑料盒中，将染色液颠倒混匀之后，向塑料盒中倒入适量染色液，放置微波炉加热2min，至微微冒热气（有点烫手即可），转移至摇床上摇5 min。如果想得到更加清晰的蛋白条带，可以适当增加染色时间。

(2) 凝胶拍照。用过的染色液可以装入一个新的容器中，染色液可反复用1-2次（第二次染色效果可能没有第一次好）。

注意：

1、 该染色液属于悬浊液，为了更好的染色，用之前请务必颠倒混匀；

2、 经考马斯亮蓝染色后的蛋白一般不再适用于其他实验；

3、 微波加热能够极大增加染液灵敏度和显色速度，推荐微波加热染色；

4、 微波加热时需要时刻注意染液状态，加热至染色液微沸即可，视情况而定，无需加热满2-3min；

5、 如果不满足加热条件，可以选择常温摇床孵育染色，根据显色情况适当延长染色时间。
