产品描述 Description

CIA 1 is an inhibitor of the nuclear receptor COUP-TFII (IC50 ranged from 1.2 μM to 7.6 μM, in prostate cancer cell lines). In vitro, CIA 1 inhibits growth of multiple prostate cancer cell lines and suppresses COUP-TFII activity to regulate its target genes. In vivo, CIA 1 reduces tumor growth in prostate cancer xenograft mouse models.
