Cephaloridine drate is a broad-spectrum antibacterial antibiotic. Cephaloridine has certain dose-related nephrotoxicity[1][2].
Cephaloridine drate 可抑制金黄色葡萄球菌青霉素敏感菌株、青霉素耐药菌株、化脓性链球菌、肺炎链球菌、白喉棒状杆菌等，MIC 为 0.05-1 μg/mL[1]。
Cephaloridine drate (50-500 mg/kg; 肌肉注射) 在兔和猴子中表现出剂量相关的肾毒性[2]。
