Calcium influx inducer compound 634 is an inducer of calcium influx.1 It enhances the release of extracellular vesicles (EVs) from mouse bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (mBMDCs) when used at a concentration of 10 ?M. Calcium influx inducer compound 634 (10 ?M) also increases the levels of CD86 and CD80 on the surface of mBMDCs, an effect that can be blocked by the store-operated calcium entry (SOCE) inhibitor BTP2 (YM-58483, and increases CD86 and CD80 levels on mBMDC-derived EVs.
