LBP binds with unsaturated TG to prevent against lipid peroxidation. Both bodipy 665/676 and bodipy 493/503（GLPBIO） had a final concentration of 500 ng/ml and were added simultaneously with the secondary antibody to avoid the same fluorescence or cross-staining.
