Biotin-Cel (Celastrol-Biotin) is a biotin-labeled Celastrol . Celastrol exhibits antitumor, anti-inflammatory, and anti-obesity activities. Biotin-Cel can be used in biotin-affinity pulldown assay to identify the molecular target of Celastrol in hepatocellular carcinoma cells.
