Antitumor agent-119 (compound 13K) is a 2-benzoxazolyl drazone derivative with anticancer activities. Antitumor agent-119 inhibits the cell growth of Butkitt, CCRF-CEM, HeLa, and HT-29 with IC50 values of 30 nM, 140 nM, 100 nM, and 40 nM, respectively.
