AF488 DBCO ditrietlamine is the ditrietlamine salt form of AF488 DBCO . AF488 DBCO ditrietlamine is a fluorescent dye that labels azide-containing biomolecules. DBCO is the bioorthogonal partner of azide that allows covalent coupling in the absence of copper. AF488 is a bright, photostable green fluorophore. AF488 exhibits the λem and λex wavelength of 520 nm and 470 nm, respectively.
