Ac-QQQ-AMC is a fluorogenic probe. L-Glutamine tripeptide (QQQ) is a substrate for peptidoglutaminase I and II from the bacterium B. circulans.1 AMC displays excitation/emission maxima of 340-360/440-460 nm, respectively.
