Ac-IHIHIQI-NH2 is a fibril-forming heptapeptide with high catalytic activity to laccase mimics. Ac-IHIHIQI-NH2 exhibits selectivity for drophobic p-nitrophenyl (ONp) ester substrates in the process of self-assembly[1][2].

Ac-IHIHIQI-NH2 在 Zn2+ 存在下催化 p-nitrophenyl acetate (pNPA) 水解，在 pH 8 kcat/KM 值为 62 M-1s-1[2]。
