Aβ42-IN-5 (Compound 0152) is an oral active amyloid precursor protein (APP) degrader that can reduce Aβ42 in Alzheimer's disease iPSC neurons. Aβ42-IN-5 can bind CAPRIN1 and APP and enhance the protein-protein interaction[1].
