9,10-Anthracenediyl-bis(methylene)dimalonic Acid is a water soluble derivative of anthracene and is usaually applied as singlet-oxygen probe[1]. 9,10-Anthracenediyl-bis(methylene)dimalonic Acid can be photobleached by singlet oxygen to its corresponding endoperoxide, causing a time-dependent decrease in absorbance at 380-400nm[2]. The absorption, emission and excitation spectra of 9,10-Anthracenediyl-bis(methylene)dimalonic Acid are not pH dependent. No bleaching of 9,10-Anthracenediyl-bis(methylene)dimalonic Acid was observed upon addition of either H₂O₂ or Na₂O₂, confirming that the probe is insensitive to peroxides[3].

9,10-Anthracenediyl-bis(methylene)dimalonic Acid 用于测定单线态氧生成效率:
1. 将9,10-Anthracenediyl-bis(methylene)dimalonic Acid溶解在PBS(10mM,pH = 7)中并稀释至3.3 × 10⁻⁵M,现配现用。
2. 通过离子组装六核钼簇(Bu4N)2[Mo6I8(CH3CO2)6](1)到氨基修饰的介孔二氧化硅纳米粒子MCM-41中,合成了新型的杂化光敏剂1@MCM-41。将混合物震动10分钟,然后超声处理15分钟。通过9000rpm离心分离出1@MCM-41纳米粒子。
3. 将中性水溶液9,10-Anthracenediyl-bis(methylene)dimalonic Acid(3.3 × 10⁻⁵M)分别与相应的异相光敏剂(1@MCM-41,0.1mg/mL)或均相光敏剂(游离簇合物 (Bu4N)2[Mo6I8(CH3COO)6],2.9 × 10⁻⁵M)在石英比色皿中混合。
4. 同时设置空白对照:仅含裸介孔二氧化硅纳米粒子MCM-41 或无光敏剂的体系。
5. 样品先在黑暗中搅拌并预孵育 10 分钟。
6. 记录 380nm 处的初始吸光度 A₀。
7. 保持持续搅拌,用两台 LED 灯(λirr ≈ 400–700nm;功率各 11W;辐照度 15.6mW/cm²,灯距比色皿 3cm)进行照射。
8. 通过监测 380nm 吸收带的下降来跟踪 9,10-Anthracenediyl-bis(methylene)dimalonic Acid 的光氧化反应。
9. 每 15–30 秒采集一次吸光度,直至信号稳定。
