5-Azacytidine 5’-triphosphate sodium is a cytidine analog. 5-Azacytidine 5’-triphosphate sodium inhibits the incorporation of [3H]CTP, but not [3H]UTP, into RNA in the DNA-dependent RNA polymerase reaction.
