4-chloro Trazodone isomer (hydrochloride)

4-chloro Trazodone isomer is an isomer of trazodone.¹ It inhibits apomorphine-induced stereotypy in mice (ED₅₀ = 0.24 mg/kg). 4-chloro Trazodone isomer also induces catalepsy in mice (ED₅₀ = 0.9 mg/kg).
