2,7-Dichlorodidrofluorescein (DCFH2) is a non-fluorescent probe. 2,7-Dichlorodidrofluorescein yields the highly fluorescent 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescein (DCF) that can be used for reactive oxygen species measurement[1][2].
