1-Oleoyl-2-lauroyl-3-palmitoyl-rac-glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains oleic acid , lauric acid , and palmitic acid at the sn-1, sn-2, and sn-3 positions, respectively. It has been found in a variety of plant oils, including walnut, almond, poppy seed, and fig seed oils.1
