1,2-Dioleoyl-3-arachidoyl-rac-glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains oleic acid at the sn-1 and sn-2 positions and arachidic acid at the sn-3 position. It has been found in hazelnut, cashew, date seed, corn, sunflower, and soybean oils.1,2
